KAPILA has completed her law in 2002 and has experience in Corporate laws, Foreign Exchange Management Act, compliances, Government procedures and drafting Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements.
Kapila has a BAL (Hons), LLB degree from the Bangalore University.
