DR. A. KAINTH is the Senior partner and the founder of the Firm, with a vast experience of 15 years in various areas of domestic and international laws.
Dr. Kainth has obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the Delhi University and has proceeded to complete his Masters and Postgraduate studies (LLM & PhD) from Kiel University in Germany.
A regular author for diverse legal journals Dr. Kainth has also contributed to & authored the various legal works in German and English for leading publishing houses.
Dr. Kainth has over the past several years delivered several talks on different aspects of Company Law, Contracts, Intellectual Property and other allied Commercial law in front of diverse forums in India and abroad.
